For Committees and Resident Course Reimbursements

The ACVO and ABVO provide for an online submission of expenses toward official meetings and activities. Board and committee members may submit for reimbursement using the below summary spreadsheet and online form.

Additionally this form is to be used by residents submitting for reimbursement of up to $500 for their registration in the Basic Science Course or the ACVO Vision for Animals Phaco Course.

Steps to submit for reimbursement online using a digital form
1) Complete this summary expense spreadsheet (in Excel)
2) Complete this digital 'reimbursement form'
3) Attach the expense sheet and any digital scanned receipts to the digital 'reimbursement form'
4) Submit the form, with attachments (backup of receipts, course registration proof, etc. ).

Only complete requests will be processed, allow 2-3 weeks for payment receipt via check in US funds. If a bank wire is required please email the office.
